FREQUENT URINATION AND BACK ACHE
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Usually a sign of frequent urination is high bloodsugar, or possible pending problems of diabetes. Don'tworry, I got one myself a couple of years back and thesimplest possible remedy is 1/8 teaspoon of humic acid(black powdered form, similar to ones they used foragricultural or livestock feed), mixed in one fullglass of water. It took only one dose for me and acouple of friends of mine who used it. However, Ithink taking it for two or three days might be better.Dietary restriction of fatty foods, steak, cheese, andvegetable oils are a real problem. Subsitute thecooking oil with coconut oil is safer.
Other remedies that can help is lecithin, onetablespoon a day (important that I take themfrequently), plus some vitamin B3 and vitamin B1, of100-300 mg each, and perhaps a weekly vitamin Bcomplex overally. Chromium and vanadium supplementsare helpful too, but most of the problems can usuallybe dealt with using humic acid, and lecithin.
As to macular degeneration, once the condition setsin, its quite difficult to reverse it. However, we cancertainly delay them. I have found out that maculardegeneration worsens from the use of cellphones andside of the dominating eye which we are so used to,gets hit. Usually, a high triglyceride and cholesterolin the blood after about ten years, often result inmacular degeneration. The lecithin can dissolve andreduce some fats in the body, so that the retina ofthe eyes dont get destroyed with fatty deposits. Thebest remedy for me is the lutein, vitamin C 1000 mg,vitamin E 200 i.u., and vitamin A 25,000 also.
If living in a dark rooms is getting too dark quiteoften a molybdenum deficiency is also involvedindirectly with macular degeneration. Improving nightvision can at least improve some of the problems ofthis.
There is a disinformation out there that involveschecking for sugar in the urine in that a blood testof sugar is a more accurate figure. The problem is that the tests they use to test sugar levels in urineare too insensitive. A more sensitive indicator ofsugar urine is actually more better than blood sugarthrough the use of Brix refractometer. The healthypeople will have about 1.5 brix, but if most peopleactually use this device, they will find themselveswith too much sugar, where the mean sugar are usuallyabove 3 brix for people 40 and above. Hence, thisoften shows higher sugar before a high blood sugar isindicated and can be used as a leading indicator forwhy frequent urination, or even pending potentialdiabetes, or hypoglycemia."

01/09/2007: I. writes: "I read about your cure for your hypoglycemia on the natural remedy web site, one onion a day right? Does it matter what color of onion? Can you tell me if I can just drink the juice of one onion a day (as I dont particularly like onions)? Will it still work? And also how long until the hypoglycemia is cured? Do you know why or how onion works to control/cure hypoglycemia? Does one need to continue to take one onion a day to keep hypoglycemia away? Sorry for all the questions but I would just love to cure my hypoglycemia the natural way. You should post this cure on the natural cures site as they dont have any remedies for hypoglycemia. I have tried many things to no avail. thank you so very much!"Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "It worked for me at but careful sensible diets are more important too, but the problem is eating it. Of course not just onions, but also granulated powdered lecithin 1 tablespoon is taken everyday with every meal along with food.
Can you tell me if I can just drink the juice of one onion a day (as I not particularly like onions)?
Usually whole onions sliced seemed to worked the best, if it is changed to other forms I am afraid it onions might get change chemically.
Will it still work? And also how long until the hypoglycemia is cured?
Everyone is different. You just have to try it. But must avoid fried foods, snacks and white flour too. Onions seem to stand out for me.
Do you know why or how onion works to control/cure hypoglycemia?
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) content in the onion as well as certain sulfurs that seems to act as a blood purifier and this may be the reason why it works. It is traditionally known as a blood purifier, and this is probably how it got its reputation.
Does one need to continue to take one onion a day to keep hypoglycemia away?
That seems to be the pattern as well as taking granulated powdered lecithin also. However, you need to treat yourself holistically which means eating less acid forming food, especially no bread, white flour, and less sugar. Bad habits will not cure anything neither will onions helped if that bad habits is continued. Fried food, white flour, and sweet drinks seem to be the main cause. Onions and garlic seems to help the most, but I prefer onions. For me the best cure is to eliminate the cause and then use something to help our body recover, such as the onion, which I found quite helpful for me."

BLACKHEADS FROM HYPOGLYCEMIC REACTION?
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "my skin gets oily and a few hours later many blackheads have formed in my facial pores.
The body's antioxidant levels appears limited, as evidenced by the sudden blackheads. First oily skin is a common condition of zinc deficiency and sometimes manganese. So once a week or twice a week zinc acetate/gluconate/citrate at 25 mg should dry up the skin to normal. Some people need more zinc then others because of immune issues. there are many other foods that have some sugar lowering effect, but most are quite hard to find, such as Gumar, known as the "sugar eater" used for treating diabetes. 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar plus 1/4 teaspoon baking soda taken 2 times a day may help reduce some sugar indirectly by increasing the body's metabolism from the malic acid content in the apple cider vinegar. Of course eating plenty of apples will do that too. Certain fruits I suspect reduces sugar, either through its diuretic action or making the body sensitive of the sweetness, such as pomegranate. I am fairly certain about the onions, but food thickeners if mixed in food, I have found a lowering sugar effect as food thickeners cause the body to buffer against the excess sugar from absorbing too quickly into the body that overwhelms the system. One easy to find food thickener that you can prepare is making a medium thick paste of pectin mixed into your food. This will buffer whatever sugar that comes by and doesn't overwhelm the body. Of course a pinch of borax added to the water, will reduce the negative effects of sugar as borax prevents the proteins from reacting with borax and they have done rat studies on that that seems to work too. I take them quite regularly because of that information. There are many more supplements to help hypoglycemia, since one of the primary problems with most people seems to be the issue of pH, sugar, and heavy metals, being the most obvious problems that are hidden in today's health."

POTASSIUM, SODIUM, AND HEAVY METALS
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Blood sugar are lowered because potassium and some sodium is alkalizing (provided that they don't put HALOGENS, such as chloride forms of potassium!) and it has a diuretic effect, but also, interestingly some water also goes to the stools and the body retains less water and hence the body is able to rid of sugar easier.
Do you know if the sedation, epidural, anesthesia and/or morphine I was given might have contained heavy metals?
Most anesthesia compounds works bypassing the myelin that protects nerve conduction, but at the same time, it may cause the metals to go through to the nerves and go much deeper resulting in conditions of forgetfullness, loss of memory, foggy brain, epileptic siezures (heavy metal short circuiting brain circutis) etc. Metals are more permeable and go deep into the brain in presence of anesthesia, such as chloroform and other modern forms the same. But on the other hand, fluoridated and chlorinated water works on the same principle too. Getting rid of them is another story, which is even much more difficult once the metals goes deep. The only known supplements that can go deep enough and remove them, but should be use SPARINGLY is alpha lipoic acid.
However, artemisia oil, chinese parsley (coriander), and cod liver oil (the purest you can find) will do a good job removing without the problems associated with alpha lipoic acid, that as well as oil pulling in heavy metals to some degree. Acetyl Carnosine or L Carnosine helps remove heavy metal toxicity, but they are quite hard to buy as most buyers are not aware of their benefit.
Overall, alkalizing (baking soda + apple cider vinegar) and granulated lecithin will assist in the body's further removal of heavy metals as metals are oil soluble and it makes it easier for the liver to process them in ridding of the toxins. Ted"
P.S.
Hypoglycemia is a misnomer, it is yes low blood sugar, but it also means unstable blood sugar. Usually granulated powdered lecithin 1 tablespoon with evey meal or just once a day (if you like to go slow), will have helped remove heavy metals and STABILIZED the blood sugar level, high or low.
High fats protein diets will block the body hormones and lecithin will prevent that as it is a fat emulsifier, aiding an reducing fats and since metals are fat soluble, lecithin makes them water soluble and allow the body to rid of easily.
Yes I knew of one senior lady that had to go to the hospital on hellelujah diets, which consists of eating only fruits and vegetables. You simply can't do that. The sodium becomes so low that the body had no more energy left. Iodine foot painting can raise the blood pressure, but this is done ONLY when you have a problem and done not everyday. An emergency way to raise blood pressure is to buy the simple iodized table salt plus a small amount of honey mixed in drinking water. A more middle road method is of course is baking soda added to the apple cider vinegar OR just taking baking soda."
