This is a very interesting little book with a lot of information about the uses of Hyaluronic Acid but also other supplement you can use which complement it according to what you are trying to achieve. I have never used Hyaluronic Acid but I am thinking of trying it soon and it seems to be good for a lot of problems like the joints, the heart, your skin, the eyes, the nervous system, etc. This book is small but contains quite a lot of information. The main reason I bought it was because it seems to be the only book that gives some information on eye floaters, a problem I hope to solve! If it helps my skin, my hair, etc.... All the better! Once in a while there are useless repetitions but apart from that I found it quite informative and surely a great help before I try Hyaluronic Acid!"
