Book Title: Breathwalk: Breathing Your Way to a Revitalized Body, Mind and Spirit


06/20/2011: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France: "First I read the whole book but every time I really wanted to get started I got caught up not really knowing what to do. There is a chapter at the end that shows the walks but then there is so much more to them that you end up getting lost looking for bits and pieces in the whole book that in the meanwhile the time you had to walk is over. Does Breathwalk work, doesn't it.... I suppose it must work or else they wouldn't have written this book but I think that a bit more organization is needed to make it accessible to people. The subject is so very interesting that it is worth it! What I would like to do is to join the authors for a few walks but well, I live too far away and I can't imagine they would visit France otherwise I would invite them to stay at our place and organize a number of walks for people who are interest in the subject. Maybe one day I contact them......

What I did was the simple walks, different types of breathing, the visualizing when I come home (I don't do it during the walk because you tend to meet people where I live) so I sit down at the end of the walk and visualize what I have just done. I also try to do some of the waking up exercises before I start but I never had the idea that I am doing it right. There are too many combinations and too many variations.

My advice to the authors would be to revise the contents of the book and make a new edition for people who have never done it because again... It is a very interesting book! In the meanwhile maybe I will look for another book because I do sense that I need help with my breathing!"
